Thieves struck into a house of one Raj Kumar s/o Somnath r/o Maheshpura and decamped with jewellery and cash worth lakhs of rupees. Raj Kumar in his complaint said that he had gone to market with his family when some thieves struck into house and decamped with jewellery including of two gold bangles, rings and ear rings and cash worth rupees nine thousand. Meanwhile in another incident, thieves struck into a house of one Balbir Singh at Nanak Nagar area and decamped with cash worth rupees 35000, some household articles, jewellery and a double barrel gun. The incident occurred when he along with his family had gone to Srinagar. The concerned police stations have registered the cases and investigating the matter. |
