| Militants hurl grenade at CRPF picket | | | Srinagar | July 25
Militants carried out a grenade attack on a CRPF picket in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police spokesman said today.
Unidentified militants hurled a grenade towards a CRPF picket at State Bank Of India Complex in Sopore township, 55 km from here late last night, he said.
The grenade missed the target and exploded on roadside, the spokesman said adding, there was no casualty or damage.
No militant outfit has yet claimed responsibility for the attack. |
