| DDC asks officers to furnish their performance reports | | | Early Times Reporter Rajouri | July 25 All the schemes being implemented in the district are public welfare schemes and it is the responsibility of the implementing agency to ensure that benefit of these schemes must percolate to the ground level within the specified period by judicious utilization of funds. He stressed the need of close and efficient monitoring of schemes which also plays a vital role. In addition, to the departmental officers, an independent office headed by Additional District Development Commissioner is also functioning for monitoring purpose. All the district/sectoral officers have been directed to provide all information called for by the ADDC regarding implementation of various schemes so that he could also render assistance in monitoring, pin pointing bottlenecks and taking/suggesting remedial measures. It is such enjoined upon all the sectoral officers to provide the information requisitioned by ADDC on the prescribed formats circulated by him and henceforth the progress report under all heads i.e district plan/state plan/centrally sponsored schemes be furnished to this office with a copy to ADDC before 6th of ever month for information, monitoring and onward submission to the government after compilation. In a circular DDC also advised ADDC that to submit his monthly monitoring and physical verification report along his tour diary for reference for taking further action in the matter. |
