A youth drowned in a canal here under the jurisdiction of Satwari police station today.The deceased identified as Sanjay of 20 years s/o Hari Krishan r/o Satwari drowned in Satwari canal when he was taking bath.People standing there made bid to save him but of no avail.Police after having information reached on the spot and efforts were on to fished him out,till last reports came in. |
