| Constable, 10th class student arrested for kidnapping | | | Early Times Reporter

Sunderbani police arrested one constable and a tenth class student in kidnapping and rape case here today.Police on tip off conducted a raid and held a constable of 8th battalion identified as Shershad Ahmed and a tenth class student identified as Wasim, Ahmed s/o Nazir Ahmed r/o Kagigund at present in Bathindi area under the jurisdiction of Narwal police post in conducting a bid to rape a minor girl identified as Ashu Sudan r/o Lambadi,Nowshera.During interrogation they told police that the girl was a maid servent serving in Narwal area and when today they saw the girl going to home they chased her and took her to Sunderbani.Police has registered a case under section 366A,RPC in this regard. |
