| Industrialists pledge support to agitation | | | Early Times Reporter
Jammu | July 29
An urgent meeting of Federation of Industries - Jammu under the Chairmanship of
Mr. Annil Suri, wherein all other executive members of the Federation attended the meeting decided to continue with their support to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board Sangharh Samiti for restoration of shri amaranth land and giving justice to people of Jammu. They also discussed the discriminatory behavior of various State governments from time to time against Jammu based Industry.
Despite having projected our genuine problems to various State/ Central Government departments a number of times for the last 2 to 3 years but we regret to say that none of the Govt. departments have paid any attention to redress our burning issues and it is due to this discriminatory behavior , the Industry of Jammu is sinking day by day and has virtually crippled and is forced to close down. The package of incentives was granted to J&K for the economic development of the entire region but the State Govt. never wanted the package to be implemented in Jammu , resulting in Harassment to Jammu Industry and forcing them to close down.
The Federation of Industries, Jammu, decided to continue its un-ending support to the Sangharsh Samiti which is agitating for the cause of Jammu. |
