| CRPF reported cop dead at cave | | | Early Times Reporter
Srinagar | July 30
A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan died while performing his duties at the Holy cave of Shri Amarnath Shrine, late last night.
Official sources said that Constable Ram Pratap Jat of 40 Bn. CRPF, who was deployed for Yatra duty at holy cave, fell unconscious and was immediately rushed by his colleagues to a nearby medical center.
However, the doctors declared him brought dead. Through initially it was being believed that the trooper died of cardiac arrest but the officials said that they were ascertaining the cause of death. |
