| TTDF urges to strengthen bands of brotherhood | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | July 31
President, Tehsil Thathri Development Front (TTDF) Kuldeep Kumar Rao, in a workers meeting appealed people of Jammu region for strengthening the brotherhood at all coast and not believe on false statement as given in some Kashmir based news papers. Quit threat create panic among Muslims in Jammu is totally base less as BJP’s President Ashok Khajuria has not given threat to the Muslims to quit Jammu but he has given threat to quit Jammu to NC, President Umar Abdullah and other political leaders of Kashmir who have acquired forest land at Sidhra and Bathinda Jammu. He has not given threat to Muslims of Poonch, Rajouri, Doda, not even to the Muslims of Kashmir. So the statement given in Greater Kashmir on 28- July is totally baseless. His statement is to divide the people on communal lines and added that the present movement is not of any single person, Community or any political party this is the movement of the people of Jammu region, which includes, Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and other communities. He appealed to all section of people of Poonch, Rajouri, Reasi, Kathua, Udhampur, Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban to launch a peaceful struggle to get Jammu region its due share in all fields. We don’t want to divide the sate but we want justice with Jammu region. All the political parties give statement that they are the champion of the secularism and blame others as communal but the people of the state are wise enough to through the gimmicks of leaders at the time of election. He also demanded that 23rd July, should be celebrated as Mart6yrsday in the memory of Late, Manjeet Singh, Suresh Kumar and Kuldeep Dogra who lays down their lives for discrimination with Jammu region and for SASB land row that has been unlawfully taken back under the communal and regional pressure fully reinforced by the fundamental and anti-national forces. The meeting was attended by O.R Bhall, Kanwarjeet Singh Thakur, Rakesh Charak and Jagdish Kumar. |
