| Jain saints hold rally in support of SASS | | | Early Times Reporter

Jain Samaaj under the blessings and guidance of Acharya Shrimad Vijay Dharamdhurinder Sureeshwar Ji Maharaj and Ramneek Muniji Maharaj along with other Jain saints organized a massive rally in support of SASS. The rally starting from Nek Chand Memorial Hall, Rani Park was joined by Shri 1008 Mahamandalshwer Mahant, Purani Mandi Ram Mandir passed through old Hospital, Residency road Raghunath Bazaar, Shaheedi Chowk, Rajinder Bazaar, Lakhdata Bazaar,Link Road and culminated at Purani Mandi.
Addressing the rally Jain saints called upon the people of the country in general and Jammu in particular to fight for truth and not to take rest till land is restored to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board. Acharya called upon the masses to rise above petty matters and fight unitedly adding that that all religions of Bharat Bhumi are one and if one is hurt others feel the pain. Ramneek Muni said that as the matter is so grave, it has moved the Jain saints to come on the streets and walk along with the protestors and bless them in this pious and just cause. He also sang a patriotic song and the crowd joined him in chorus. Shri 1008 Mahamandalshwer Mahant, Purani Mandi Ram Mandir appreciating the efforts of Jain saints said that ‘we have to fight for our rights but with discipline and till administration does not provoke us we should not retaliate or create nuisance.
President S. S. Jain Sabha, Virender Jain, President Atmanand Jain Sabha Pawan Jain Verinder Jain (Babi), Vinod Jain, Pankaj Jain, Jyoti Jain, Sunny Jain, Aashu Jain, Rajeev Jain, Naresh Jain and Sanjay Jain were among others who participated in the protest rally. |
