Chairman, HESCO A P Joshi conducted seminar on Eco- Environmental issues focused at development in the rural areas by way of local Resources utilization and Resources Education.
Addressing a select gathering of 50 officers, JCOs and other ranks of White Knight Corps, Joshi highlighted the programmes like “Women Initiative for self Employment”, “Technology Initiative for Peace” and “Technology Intervention in Mountain Eco System”.
A detail about the “Spring Water Re-Charging in Mountainous Regions” was the high light of the session for it has direct scope of implementation as part of Operation Sadbhavna projects in the mountains regions of J&K.
Maj. Gen Vijay Bhatnagar, presided over the seminar, While thanking Joshi on behalf of the Corps Commander, Gen Bhatnagar, emphasized on the need of emulating the ideas and technology of Joshi in our towards speedy upliftment of the locals.
