According to SRO 238 issued by the Law Department, the government has appointed several advocates as Public Prosecutors and Additional Public Prosecutors for the newly created, existing Courts of Districts and Sessions Judges and Additional District and Sessions Judges.
According to the order Bharat Bhushan Sharma, has been appointed as Public Prosecutor, Kathua, while Ravi Gupta, has been appointed as Additional Public Prosecutor, Kathua. Mohammad Amin Bhat, has been appointed as Public Prosecutor, Bandipora, Sofi Ghulam Ahmad Gash, as Public Prosecutor, Ganderbal, Mushtaq Ahmad Gatoo, as Public Prosecutor, Shopian. Sukhdev Singh, has been appointed as Public Prosecutor, Samba, G. M. Shah, has been appointed as Public Prosecutor, Kupwara while Abdul Rashid Thakur, has been appointed as Public Prosecutor, Pulwama. |
