| Govt accords sanction for prosecution of two officials | | | Early Times Reporter

The state government today accorded sanction for prosecution of two government officials for possessing assets disproportionate to their known source of income.
The GAD today accorded sanction for prosecution of Showkat Ali Chalak r/o Baghwan Pura, Lal Bazaar, Srinagar, the then Senior Assistant City Mechanical Drainage, Srinagar for possessing disproportionate assets to his known source of income to the tune of Rs 77, 60, 371 for which as case u/s 5(1) (e) r/w 5(2) J&K PC Act 2006 BK was registered under FIR NO 38/2006 at P/S Vigilance Organization Kashmir.
The government has also accorded prosecution sanction against Mohammed Maqbool Dar r/o Ashmuji at present Kulgam. |
