The National Bahujan Party (NBP) have urged upon both the state and the central governments to find out early solution of land transfer row as the people of the state are suffering a lot, particularly poor people, who are the worst suffers. Dr. Satpaul, state president of NBP in a statement said that the leaders of the mainstream political parties of Kashmir NC and PDP are toeing the line of separatists and their uttering in Kashmir have worked in exploiting the innocent masses of valley and kept them away from the ground realities. It is very unfortunate that these leaders in Jammu are saying that they are in favor of the way for transfer of land to SASB but at the same time they are not asking their party heads to clear the way to transfer of land to SASB. He said National Conference, State President Umar Abdullah said in the parliament “we will not give an inch of land to SASB”. Similarly Mehbooba Mufti state president PDP has threatened to go ahead along with the trucks of fruit growers to Pakistan by Muzzafrabad. The denial of land to SASB by Hurriyat, NC and PDP is clear indication of their mind showing communal, religional and religious hatred. NBP appeals to these leaders of Jammu region to persuade their party heads to not to them whether they agree or disagree to transfer the land to SASB. It is real test of all these leaders from Jammu region to persuade party heads for transfer of land to SASB or not. He said any sort of delay in tackling the most sensitive situation in J&K state is going worsen, the crisis in J&K. I appeal the centre Govt. of India to deal with the situation of J&K state, keeping in mind the rule of law in J&K state must set the priority without any favor to any one or yielding to the pressure of separatists.
