| Sahai asks RBI director to regulate banking services | | | Early Times Reporter

President Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ram Sahai has taken up the matter regarding the suspended banking services in Jammu region causing inconvenience and hardship to the senior citizens, salaried people, students, particularly studying out side the state institutes besides the employees working in the shops and factories.
Saying that everybody is feeling cash starved, he urged the director to find out some possible way to regulate the bank in such a way that the problems faced by the concerned are minimized. He further suggested that even if the working time needs to be rescheduled the same should be done as the bank is functioning everywhere including neighboring state of Punjab.
Sahai also appeals to the heads of all the banks in Jammu division to facilitate the customers in every possible way so that the miseries of the common people involved during the struggle could be reduced to some extent. |
