National Conference leaders, in a joint statement issued here today, have strongly condemned loss of human lives in Kashmir and Kishtwar and appealed to the people of Jammu region to keep cool, calm and maintain communal brotherhood at all costs.
The NC leaders have also urged the government to provide best possible treatment to the injured and also appealed the government to take effective measures to instill confidence among the common masses and restore law and order. They condemned such forces which are bent upon to disturb glorious past of strong secular fabric of Jammu region and expressed confidence that people of Jammu shall again rise to the occasion and succeed in maintaining strong secular fiber.
