| Preparation of EPICs/Electoral rolls gains momentum | | | Early Times Reporter

As many as 59042 forms of 001B have been received back duly completed by the District Election Office Kishtwar, of these 20250 EPICs have been scanned.
This was disclosed in a meeting of Booth Level Officers and Supervisors and Asstt Electoral Registration Officers (Tehsildar) convened by the District Election Officer (DDC) Sudershan Sharma to review the status of the field work completed so far in the district.
There are 124104 general voters in two assembly segments of the district out of which as many as 65062 electors have already been registered in the 2008 electoral roll.
Addressing the meeting, the DEO asked the participants to complete the assigned task before August, 17. |
