Prominent citizen’s along with heads of various trade and social organizations in a meeting, chaired by President Chamber of Commerce and industry (CCI) Ram Sahai, reviewed various aspects of the ongoing agitation in the region, and appealed for maintaining peace and communal harmony. As per a press release, speakers in the meeting unanimously resolved to maintain peace and communal harmony at all costs to give strength to the present agitation. The meeting expresses its concern over the situation created in Kishtwar today which may harm the atmosphere, harmony and amity in the society. The members appealed to the residents of Kishtwar to rise above petty interests, political motivation and sit together for taking necessary designs of vested interests political motivation and sit together for the nefarious designs of vested interests who are hell-bent upon in disturbing our age old communal harmony and brotherhood which will help in giving strength to the agitation of Jammu region.
