Shyam Lal Kesar managing director Hotel Surya Palace and Babu Ram dubey managing director Hotel Durga Palace elected unopposed president and chairman of respectively of Hotel and Restaurant Association Katra today. Meanwhile, newly elected president and chairman if the Association pledged to work for the upliftment of the association and promotion of tourism and pilgrim tourism in particular in the state, besides it will maintain its non political status and cordial relation with the order agencies already engaged with he promotion of tourism. They further said that association will fight for the industrial incentives which has been declared by the government for the Hotel industry besides, round the clock power supply to Katra town, being a base camp to Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine and regular water supply.
