Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu YP Bourney today granted bail to three activists of ongoing agitation regarding the Amarnath Shrine land row with the direction to release Ajay Kumar, Vikas Kousal and Sushil Kumar, who were arrested by the Bahu-Fort Police u/s 188, 147, 506 RPC, after they furnish bail bond and personal bond to the tune of Rs 10,000 each with various directions.
Members of the free legal aid committee constituted by the Bar Association Jammu appeared for the applicants in the bail case. JNF |
