The Jammu State Students Morcha (JSSM) have urged upon the election commission of India to de-recognise the PDP as it is workers along with its president Ms Mehbooba Mufti are spreading hate rid between the various communities, beside they are involved in anti-national activities.
Vikrant Singh, state vice president JSSM, while addressing the members said, right from the very first day PDP talked about self rule, dual currency and demilitarization etc, which clearly indicates that they speak the voice of Pakistan. He urged upon the administration that Ms Mehbooba Mufti along with leaders be put behind the bar for their anti-national activities.
He said agitation in Jammu is for the national cause and is a mass movement as no one political party is behind this as they are headed by SAYSS but the agitation in Kashmir is headed by the HC Hurriyat Conference and PDP jointly and they misled the people of Kashmir about the economic blockade as it has been already cleared by the Army along Jammu Sringar National Highway.
He also appealed to the administration to look into the incident held in Kishtwar to identify those elements who are trying to disturbed the communal harmony as this is the first incident for the last 50 days of agitation.
The role of National Conference in the valley was not upto the mark as they were silent in the incident that was held in the Srinagar, he said and requested the people of Jammu to boycott the government function but to hoist flag in their houses to celebrate the independence day.
Others who attended the meeting were Sandeep Bakshi, Mohit and Vinay Singh.
