| J&K Hindus have equal rights on state territory : JURSEA | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Aug 13
The Hindus of J&K State have equal right on every inch of state territory said Vikas Sharma, President of Jammu University Research Scholars Executive Associan (JURSEA) in a meeting held in the campus here today. He said that the July 1 2008 land revocation order of the state cabinet is illegal and is violative of section 12 of the Shri Amarnath ji Shrine Board Act of 2000. He also said that chairman SASB his individual decision without convening the meeting of the Board members section 12 provides that every decision of the board shall be passed by majority of votes in a meeting of board. The role played by the Governor N.N. Vohra is highly condemnable. He further said that PDP leader Ms. Mehbooba Mufti provocative people of kashkir and fruit growers to march towards Muzaffarabad (POK) and demanded that an FIR be registered against Mufti and some other leaders. Jursea member also condemned Union Home Minister Shiv Raj Patil for saying that Govt. of India is going to open Kashmir-Muzaffarabad road in October this year to facilitate and double the trade of Kashmir and as such encouraged separatist converting their imagination into reality by doing this. Jursea also demanded the UPA Govt. to provide the compensation to Jammu people on the same analogy as is being followed for the people of Kashmir.
