| Five hurt as live shell explodes | | | Early Times Reporter

Five labourers were injured when a live shell exploded inside the fire ravaged Field Ammunition Depot (FAD) in Khundroo in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district, a police spokesman said on Thursday.
Mohammad Ishaq Khan, Mohammad Shafi Bhat, Mohammad Ashraf Khanday, Abdul Rashid Bhat and Mohammad Shafi Mir were injured in the blast that occurred on Wednesday evening. They have been admitted in a hospital.
On August 11 last year, a fire broke out in the depot leaving 25 persons including 13 firemen dead. |
