| JKNPP hunger strike enter day 11th | | | Early Times Reporter

The chain hunger strike launched by the JKNPP in support of movement for restoration of land in favor of Shri Amarnath Shrine Board entered the 11th day today. Those who sat on hungerstrike included Vilakshan Singh, Suresh Verma, Vikas Kotwal, Rohit Sharma and Vicky Gupta. Meanwhile, Harsh Dev Singh has demanded immediate relief and rehabilitation for the victims of the Kishtwar violence in which two persons were hailed besides loss of property worth of crores of rupees. Condemning the senseless communal violence he urged upon the administration to take appropriate steps to store order and to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the trouble torn Kishtwar and adjoining areas. |
