Quadrafication of state only viable way out to JK crisis

Although it seems to be SASB controversy that has caused the polarization in Jammu and Kashmir recently but the aspirations of different communities and the regions of the state have always been diametrically opposed to one another, creating a divide among them, and in a situation like this it is only the quadrafication of state by carving Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh as three states and Panun Kashmir for seven lakh Kashmir Pandits, with union territory status within Kashmir, could prove to be a long-lasting solution for Jammu and Kashmir.
There have been many occasions when the people of Jammu region have expressed their dissatisfaction with the Kashmir hegemony but their grievances have never been given proper attention by the central government just to carry forward their appeasement policy.
Kashmir leadership has always strived to keep the people belonging to other two regions and the minorities within the valley under their subjugation which can well be understood by the fact of political and economic discriminations with them.
To keep the Jammuties under their control, National Conference passed Legislation in the Assembly deferring implementation of delimitation commission up to 2026. The last sixty years have seen all sorts of miseries for the people of Jammu at the hands of Kashmir leadership which exploded by the prick of SASB land row in the form of volcanic rebellion.
The Jammu people have been time and again raising their voice against inequitable development when compared with valley but they have been repeatedly ignored by the successive centre governments much for their miseries. They have lived on the mercy of Kashmir based leadership for long six decades and thanks to SASB land row which has organized them to put their points across vehemently as their calm and quite attitude had only created an impression of Jammuties being politically immature among the Kashmiris.
The people of Ladakh have so many times shown their frustration over the attitude of Kashmir based leadership. The mass convulsion during late 1980's was the direct result of the excesses caused to them by Kashmir based leadership.
The Ladakhis have also protested the Kashmir hegemony but all in vain as the appeasement policy of centre has always brought smiles on the faces of Kashmiris but wounds to Ladakhis and Jammuties.
If centre government desires to address the aspirations of the people of Kashmir it should not be done by keeping the aspirations of the other two regions or other communities' hostage. There is a strong resentment creeping up among the people of Ladakh which too has the potential of bringing volcanic tremor in the state.
The marginalized Kashmiri Pandits, a community of just seven lakh people has been breaking the bitter bread of banishment in all corners of country from last twenty years and only come to know about the welfare of their friends and relatives trough obituary columns of daily newspapers.
Who cares for them? The rhetoric from time to time by the central government has only picked the scabs off their wounds. How many of them are in government service, has any body from centre or state ever tried to know? Who has encroached their land and orchards, who is encouraging these, has any authority from world tried to know? The mere slogan of 'Kashmiriyat' can by no way feed them but only add salt to their wounds far away from their motherland.
The carving of Panun Kashmir within the Kashmir can only relieve the community members who have been living hard life in different parts of country.
For peace, prosperity, tranquility, and development, it would be a suitable way out to carve Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh as three different states and Panun Kashmir within Kashmir with union territory status for KPs.
