| Nothing unusual: official spokesman | | | Early Times Reporter

Reacting to a new paper report carried by the Tribune in its today’s issue, an official spokesman said that it is usual that every year officials from Jammu division proceed on leave to celebrate the religious festivals like Raksha Bandhan and Janamashtami with families at home.
The spokesman said that this year, the two festivals are falling on August 16 and 24 in view of which these officials have availed the leave and proceeded to their homes back in Jammu for celebrating the two festivals with their families. There is nothing unusual as this is an annual routine, he added. |
