121 fruit laden trucks leave Valley in past 24 hours
297 load carriers with essentials arrive Srinagar

As many as, 475 load carriers crossed Jawahar Tunnel on both sides during the last 24 hours up to 2 p.m today.
According to a spokesman of the Divisional Administration here, 297 load carriers with essential and other commodities reached Srinagar. These include 68 trucks loaded with rice, 3 with fresh fruit, 2 with floor, 11 with sheep, 6 with chicken. As many as 24 tankers including 6 carrying LPG, 3 petrol, 4 kerosene oil, 10 diesel and one milk truck also arrived during the past 24 hours.
Similarly, 121 trucks loaded with fresh fruit left Srinagar for different destinations of the country, Besides 12 trucks containing vegetables and other commodities and 45 empty tankers, after unloading fuel at Srinagar during this period.
