| J & K bank organizes another customers meet in Ladakh | | | Early Times Reporter Kargil | Aug 16
The Jammu and Kashmir Bank organized another meeting of its customers in Ladakh at Kargil today.The meeting was organized in sequence to the Banks endeavour to get a regular feed back from its customers to whom the Bank was committed to provide best of services. The meeting was chaired by Mr. K.K.Sharma President of the Bank and was also attended by the Vice President of Ladakh zone Mr. Vagish Chander in addition to other senior officers from zonal office and branches. While welcoming the customers Mr. Sharma thanked the customers of Kargil for having reposed full confidence in the Bank. He assured that all efforts would be made to improve the customer service at Kargil by improving all infrastructure to the best satisfaction of customers. The customers put forward various demands and suggestions for further improvement of customer service at the branches. Mr. Sharma gave a patient hearing to all the suggestions and sorted out some issues on spot. For rest of the issues, he assured that favourable decisions would be taken very shortly. He further intimated that such customer meetings would be held at branch level every month and instructions were issued to all the branches of the Bank to reconstitute Customer Advisory Forums by nominating members from various sections of clientele. The purpose of such meetings was to give a practical shape to the Banks new motto that is “ I am listening”. |
