| Chib hails Azad’s decision to create new districts, tehsils and sub-division | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER
R.S. Chib, former Minister and Vice-President, J&K PCC described the decision of state cabinet taken under the chairmanship of Ghulam Nabi Azad for creation of new districts, tehsils and sub-divisions in the state as most historic.
Congratulating the state cabinet inn general and Azad in particular for this decision, Chib said that this decision has fulfilled the long cherished demand of the people of these areas and with this these ares will not only got the opportunities for employment but the development process in these areas will be speeded up .
Chib in particular hailed the decision of the cabinet to grant subdivision status to tehsil R.S. Pura which consists of border areas and said that the people of these areas have suffered a lot due to different wars with Pakistan.
He also hailed the decision of the cabinet for approving the appointments Delimitation Commission, which will provide adequate representation to the people from all the walks of life.
Chib also hailed the decision of the cabinet to constitute Finance Commission, which would ensure equal distribution of resources to all the regions and areas of the state. Which will turn will provide adequate opportunities of development of Jammu and Kashmir including Ladakh.
