| ‘Administration hand in glove with anti-national elements’ alleges Bhagat | | ‘Demands dismissal of SSP Kishtwar’ | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Aug 18
Alleging that some people in top administration at Kishtwar, Doda and Ramban, who are hand-in-glove with anti-social and anti-national elements affiliated with Hurriyat, terrorist-friendly Congress, PDP and NC were responsible for attacks on the minorities in these areas and also for their forced migration, a senior BJP leader Bali Bhagat demanded immediate dismissal of SSP Kishtwar, besides setting up VDC’s in vulnerable areas. He gave the full account of the events that took place in the these areas and regretted that the police has not so far arrested even a single person involved in attacks on the minority community or burning of temples in the area. He said even the SPOs attached with Sunil Kumar Sharma were withdrawn by the SSP at the behest of Hurriyat leaders. The BJP leader also gave the eye witness account of the hooliganism let loose by the majority community in the Kishtwar in presence of the police force. Bhagat said that during the intervening night of Aug 13-14, two temples Kriya Nag Mandir, Jakyas and Mehal Naga Mandir in Chilly areas of Gandoh were torched by unidentified persons. |
