| CPI (M) urge govt resolve land issue amicable | | | Early Times Reporter

Regional committee of CPI 9M) in a meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Sham Prasad Kesar regional secretary discussed strife-torn situation in the state. Party also expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of life and property in both the regions of Jammu And Kashmir State.
Committee appealed to the people of sate to uphold the traditional values of communal harmony, brotherhood and secularism. Party demanded for adequate compensation to the families who lost their family members and property in both the regions. Members further appealed to the state Governor N.N Vohra and union Government to resolve the land issue through negotiation with concerned groups as early as possible. |
