Two Hizbul Mujahideen militants have surrendered in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The two militants, whose identity was not revealed, laid down their arms before the police last evening, a police spokesman said today.
A large number of militants have been killed by ultras after they surrendered to police and security forces in the state over the past two decades. |
