Satwant Kaur, a prominent social worker of the district condemned the statement of Congress spoke persons about the ongoing agitation in the Jammu region.
Satwant in a statement said that the spokes person Jayanti Natrajan is completely unaware about Jammu, and as such her statement is totally based on falsehood. She said the agitation in Jammu is a people’s mass movement launched by the various organizations which include Muslims also and Natrajan is fully un-aware about the agitation and as such her statement is baseless and have no weight.
Criticizing the UPA government Kaur said, centre is sitting with finger crossed and watching how Jammu is burning. Kaur further said, no where in the world people holding National flag and raised pro-country slogans are not being brutally beaten by the police even are fired upon.
Satwant further said, UPA government is supporting these people who raise anti-India slogans and wants to divide the state on communal lives, but pays no attention towards the people of Jammu. |
