| Fervour marks Janam Ashtami in RS Pura | | | Early Times Reporter

Throughout the tehsil ‘Janam Ashtami,’ festival was celebrated with full religious enthusiasm. Men, women and children since morning visits various temples and offered prayers to Lord Krishna.
On the occasion a grand ‘Shobha Yatra’ was taken out, which passed through various villages including Deblehar, Badyal, Brahman and Satrion. The yatra was led by Swami Parkasha Nandji-Maharaja. People from roof tops showered flowers on the photograph of Lord Krishna. A bhandra was also served on the occasion. |
