| Mahajan Sabha expresses sympathies with martyrs’ families | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Aug 24
The Greater Central Mahajan Sabha has expressed its deep sympathies with the bereaved families whose dear once, sacrificed their lives for Jammu cause. In a meeting held were the members of the sabha have urged the state administration to pay adequate compensation to the affected families, beside appointed one member of the family in the government service. Criticizing the role of national TV channels in giving less coverage to Jammu agitation launched by Sangarsh Samiti for re-allocation of land to Amarnath Shrine Board, demanded that both the print and electronic media should present Jammu moment launched by people irrespective of caste, creed and religion in healthy manner. The moment has entered 55 days and is going in a peaceful manner. President of Sabha, Kundal Lal Gupta in the meeting said, people of Jammu, hindus, sikhs and muslim will support the agitation till it reaches to its logical end. He said Kashmir leaders always played with Jammu people to gain votes and never bothered about Jammu people. He appealed the people to remain united and maintain communal harmony. |
