Sudershan Shoba Yatra organized by the Nanak Nagar branch Sangarsh Samiti under the banner of Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti was taken out from the Ram Mandir, Nanak Nagar- Jammu which passed through Sanjay Chowk, Nai Basti, Rampura Mandir, Gole Market and Dhudhadhari Mandir (Shastri Nagar) and culminated at ram Mandir.
As per a release, thousands of men, women, youth and children dressed in beautiful dresses belonging to all caste, creed and religion accompanied the shobha yatra chanting religious slogans. Four jhankis of Lord Krishna were beautifully decorated and the main rush was driven by the youths followed by the women performing the kirtan, and other different religious songs. Hundreds of old men, women, youth and children welcomed the shobha yatra on the aforesaid route and showered folwers on the jhankies by raising the religious slogans, the release added. |
