An amount of Rs. 6,53,111 have been collected from the residents of ward no 53 Trikuta Nagar by a team led by the corporator Shub Chander Verma. The amount will be paid as a donation towards Shri Amarnath Sangarsh Samiti.
As per a press release, out of Rs. 6, 53,111 an amount of Rs. 2, 44,611 was handed over to the convener SAYSS, Leela Karan Sharma today. The members of the ward assured the convener Leela Karan Sharma
of their full support. Verma, corporator said, that Rs. 4.09 lakh were collected from sector no 1, 1 A, 2 and 3 and the same will be departed with the Sangarsh Samiti.
The members of the team who collected the donations were B.B. Sawhney, P.C. Sharma, Yash Puri, K.D. Sharma, Rajesh Gupta, Munish Sehgal, Sunil Sharma and Ashok Khajuria. |
