| Remove OGWs of separatists from important posts: Jammu Tigers | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Aug 29
Jammu Tigers, ( A force for justice) has asked the Governor NN Vohra to remove all the over ground workers of separatists and Peoples Democratic Party who are working on the agenda of carving out a Greater kashmir comprising of Muslim majority areas of Kashmir and Jammu provinces. In a statement issued here, Kuljeet Singh, Jammu Tigers supremo said that during the last five years tenure of PDP-Cong coalition government, separatists have managed to plant their OGWs at important positions who are subverting the state to the benefit of anti-India forces. Quoting example, Jammu Tigers supremo said that Dr. Haseeb Drabu, chairman of J&K Bank who advocated 'Azaadi' for Kashmir just two days prior to his appointment, has managed 'select lists' heavily loaded in favour of Kashmiri sunni Muslims. He said that while only 200 persons from Jammu against 400 from kashmir were employed for executive's post, the recent list of peons in which more than 100 have been employed from kashmir while only 20 have been recruited from Jammu. Kuljeet Singh also demanded removal of Vice Chancellor of Islamic University of Sc. & Tech. who openly flouts his stint as All Party Hurriet Conference Election Commission member as a qualification for employment. Besides Jammu Tigers demanded appointment of locals as Vice Chancellor of Universities in Jammu. He said that Govt. of India convenienetly finds locals to head Universities in Kashmir while the posts in jammu are reserved for 'outsiders'. Jammu Tigers said that the ongoing agitation in Jammu should open the eyes and ears of Govt. of India and the policy of discrimination against Jammu region should stop immediately. He also accused the state government and so called main stream politicians of engineering terrorist attack in Jammu city and said that irresponsible statements of police higher ups like Fidayeen can strike in jammu or religious places can be targetted are providing ample leads to anti-India forces. |
