Srinagar, September 08- The state cabinet which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad here today approved the following transfers and postings of seven KAS officers:
1. Mr. G. N. Mir, KAS, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Secretary in the
Higher and Technical Education Department.
2. Mr. Abdul Rashid Mir, KAS, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Director
Land Records Kashmir.
3. Mr. Abdul Majid, KAS, Director Land Records Kashmir, has been transferred and
posted as Director Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department Kashmir.
4. Ms. Dilshada Khan, KAS, Additional Commissioner Kashmir, is posted as Director Social Welfare Kashmir.
5. Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Sheikh, KAS, Director Social Welfare Kashmir, is posted as Additional Commissioner Kashmir vice Ms. Dilshada Khan.
6. Mr. Sardar Shabir Khan, KAS, Settlement Officer Kashmir, is posted as Director Rural Sanitation Jammu and Kashmir in place of Mr. Mohammad Sultan Koka.
7. Mr. R. K. Samyal, Principal State Institute of Education, has been transferred and posted as Project Director Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
