Sasha Singh Launches Digital Platform for Mental Healthcare

Jammu, Nov 21: To address the growing issue of mental health illness, Daughter of Soil and Clinical Psychologist Sasha Singh has launched an Digital platform and Website www.ssmentalhealth.com for comprehensive mental health care focussing on the treatment of mental illness for the people.
The Platform will have a strong presence on Social Media and will use the power of internet to spread awareness and bust myths related to mental health.
The Platform is all set to become functional from November 22nd and people can access for online consultations.
While talking to media Founder of SS Mental Health, Sasha Singh said this Platform will help people to overcome stress related disorders and prevention of the emotional and mental health problems by various scientific means such as diet, yoga, meditation and other life changes.
She added that the majority of mental health issues of are treatable conditions just like any other physical Illness. However, Unlike availing treatment for physical conditions, people fail to seek help for their own emotional problem and it's due to poor awareness and intangible nature of mental health issues.
She said with this Platform we will do community mobilization which is the need of hour to tackle the emerging problem of mental health Illness in India.
