PDP, Congress responsible for crisis

A prominent social activists of the area T.C. Sharma hold PDP and Congress responsible for creating law and order problem in the state. He said both PDP and Congress are responsible in creating land row problem with regard to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board, as regard to Amarnath Shrine, as both patrons of the govt were not feeling comfortable.
He said the Congress provoked PDP to withdraw its support, in case it had the guts to do so. This provocation resulted in withdraw of support on June, 28 by the PDP, after withdrawal of support of 19 MLA’s belonging to the PDP, Congress led the ministry was left with an effective support of only 39 MLAs which was short of 6 MLA of the simple majority.
Governor N.N. Vohra and Azad rushed to Delhi to have the guide lines on the issue on the instructions of Sonia Gandhi, the chair person, the Governor, gave in writing to the then chief minister, that the SASB did not require the land in question. It is pertinent to mention here, that the governor as the chairman of the SASB without calling the meeting of the board of directors and without getting their advise could not do so, but he was made to act accordingly probably under the pressure from the centre.
The Congress leaders who visited the state to access the situation of the fire by saying that SASS and the Hurriyat were the two faces of the same coin. It is pertinent to mention here that it is the Congress led UPA govt. at the centre and that the state level which has put the people in such an awakened situation.
He said all the cabinet members who have taken hasty and unwise decision leading to the situation in violation of the secular character of the constitution to be booked under law of the land and appropriate legal action taken against them be taken.
