| Rajinder Bazar traders hold reception for Leela Karan | | | Early Times Reporter

Rajinder Bazar Traders’ Welfare Association Jammu (RBTWA) today accorded a grand reception to Leelakaran Sharma Advocate, Convener Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti and presented a cheque of Rs 51,000 as its contribution towards the Amarnath Yatra Shahidi and organizational fund.
Earlier, a grand victory procession was taken out in the bazaar, which was decorated tastefully with buntings and play cards. The victory achieved by the nationalist people of Jammu against the anti national and communalist forces in Kashmir in the form of re-allotment of land to SASB was celebrated with beating of drums and singing of patriotic songs and shouting of slogans of ‘Bhum Bhum Bhole, Vande Matram and Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. Sweets were also distributed among the traders and passers by on the occasion.
Prominent among those who participated in the function included Atul Rajpal President, Krishan lal Gupta Chairman, Raj Kumar Gupta Gen Secy, Balraj Gupta cashier, Mahesh Kohli, Pritam Rohmetra, Banarsi Das Angral, Bhagwan Das Vaid and Krishan Gopal Bhatia. |
