JAMMU, Dec 3: In the Full Court Meeting held under the Chairpersonship of Chief Justice Gita Mittal in which Seven District & Sessions Judges including Four Promotees, 30 Sub-Judges including 22 Promotees and 48 Munsiffs including 39 Newly appointed Munsiffs are transferred.
According to the order issued by Registrar General Jawad Ahmed Naseer Ahmad Dar 1st ADJ, Baramulla is transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Anantnag, R. S. Jasroti Principal District & Sessions Judge Leh is transferred and posted as Presiding Offficer MACT Jammu, Riyaz-ul-Haq Principal District & Sessions Judge Kargil is transferred and posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge Srinagar, Deepak Sethi Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu who promoted as District & Sessions Judge is transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Leh, Sunil Sangra Chief Judicial Magistrate, Handwara who promoted as District & Sessions Judge is transferred and posted in Fast Track Court, Budgam, Ashraf Khan CJM, Anantnag who promoted as District & Sessions Judge is transferred and posted as 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge Baramulla, Mohammad Rafiq Chak CJM, Udhampur who promoted as District & Sessions Judge is transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Kargil.
The further reads that R.S Jasrotia shall join before Registrar Judicial, Jammu wing of the High Court and shall remain attached there till the retirement of Sh. K.S Parihar, P.O MACT Jammu on 31.12.2020 or till his deputation is cleared by the Government whichever is later.

It is further ordered that the Officers sent on deputation shall report to the Registrar Judicial, High Court of J&K, Srinagar/Jammu till their deputation orders are received from the Government. The transferee Judges are given joining time of ten days and they shall ensure that all matters pending for judgments or part heard, are completed and judgments/orders pronounced before moving. The transferee Officers shall handover the charge to any other available Judicial Officer/Revenue Officer. —JNF |
