| Pummy cautions against misleading politics of self-centred political parties | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
RS Pura, Dec 5: BJP District RS Pura President Harbhajan Singh Pummy along with Sulakhan Singh BJP General Secretary Minority Morcha R S Pura on Saturday campaigned in favour of party candidate from RS Pura DDC seat Prof Garu Ram Bhagat village Katyal where there is residence of Param Vir Chakar S. Bana Singh of RS Pura constituency. PVC Capt. Bana Singh besides other prominent persons including Sukhdev Singh assured full support to BJP candidate in DDC elections from the area. Speaking on the occasion, Pummy said that political parties that have ruled the J and K State have always exploited Sikhs for vote. Time has come for the Sikhs to dump the past practices and support Narendra Modi for his genuine endeavour to ensure progress and development of all, he said.
He further said that it is high time that the Sikh community also becomes the part of universal development and progress effort of the Narendra Modi led BJP government and support BJP candidates in the DDC elections. At the meeting it was unanimously decided to appeal the Sikh Community to support BJP candidates in the elections. He said that the BJP's election campaign is receiving enormous support J&K. He exhibited confidence that BJP will win the majority of seats in J&K as the common men of J&K have recognized the fact that PM Modi can only bring peace and prosperity in J&K. Pummy maintained that BJP is the only political party which can empower the people of J&K who have suffered miserably due to misleading politics of few self-centred political parties. During the campaign, he urged the voters to vote and support BJP in the DDC elections for the welfare of the constituency. For the prosperity, progress and peace in J&K, it is the collective responsibility of all of us that we ensure the win of BJP with an overwhelming majority in these DDC elections and reject these families destroying their nefarious plans, he added. |
