| Com Secy Sourabh Bhagat visits Labour office | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 10:Commissioner Secretary Labour & Employment Department, union territory of Jammu and Kashmir Sourabh Bhagat (IAS) during his visit today reviewed the working of District Labour Office atJammu.
He Interacted with the labourers and took the feedback of the services provided by the Labour Department and the impact of the Welfare measures/ assistances given by the Department.
He had a first hand feed back of issues pertaining to general public visiting the labour office In his presence.
On the occasion first batch of lower education assistance for the financial Year 2020-21 amounting to Rs fifteen lakh twenty thousand five hundred was released in favour of the 201 workers and cheques for higher education assistance ,chronic deaths, medical assistance were also disturbed among the registered beneficiaries.
Kanta Devi KAS Deputy Labour Commissioner, Jammu assisted by Devra Nanda KAS Assistant Labour Commissioner Jammu briefed him about the achievements of the Labour Department during the mission mode project (MMP) for the registration of the workers.
Saurabh Bhagat expressed pleasure over the achievements of the department and directed the officials to work with greater zeal. |
