| Physical Directors’ meet on Sept 15 | | Inter-college competitions | | Early Times Reporter

The Department of Physical Education, University of Jammu has called a meeting of the Physical Directors of the affiliated colleges on September 15 to finalise the revised calendar of activities for annual inter-college competitions.
Besides looking into the already decided tentative dates for the 32 sports events, suggestions would be sought from the Physical Directors for further improvement and smooth conduct of the competitions organized annually on the campus.
“Every year department calls the meeting of Physical Directors of all the affiliated colleges of the University of Jammu to finalise the calendar of activities. But, this year, the meeting has been delayed because of the agitation in Jammu,” Assistant Director Physical Education, Dr Sonam Angchuk told SAN.
He disclosed that as per the fixtures drawn in June, the first event of Inter-College Cross Country was supposed to be conducted on September nine. |
