To welcome and orient the newly admitted students to the MBA programe in the First Semester in the Business school was today organized by Jammu University Business School. Fresh batch of MBA students was accorded a welcome by the school and by the seniors.
In her welcome address Prof. Neelu Rohmetra elaborated upon what the school expected of the newcomers and what can new comers expect from the school. It was followed by opening remarks of Director Business School, Prof. Keshav Sharma. He lauded and thanked Prof. Amitabh Matoo , the Vice Chancellor of Jammu University for his guidance and patronage in converting the Business school of the University into a centre of Excellence at National Level.
Students who have bagged Ist and 2nd prizes at AIU , National Level students Resrach Students Research Presentations contest were felicitated by presenting momentos.The name of the students included sakshi Gupta, Harsh Udesh Bhat, Varun Sharma, Payal Gandotra, Kannu Mahajan, Nitasha Malhotra and Rahul Salathia.
Prof. ashok Aima who was the chief guest on the occasion, advised the students to follow the ethics and yet strive for professionalism in the corporate sector.
