The Panther Party has authorized Master Shamsher Singh Chib to contact as its party candidate from Nowshera assembly segment for the state legislature in the forthcoming elections.
Chib is a well known literary figure of the area and in a receinpent of presidents award for best teacher. He is a well known philanthropist besides Sr. vice president of the Panther party of the district Rajouri. |
