How you started your career in Music?
Well, right from the beginning, I was inclined towards Music and my family also supported me in this endeavour. I had a music background and was interested in play Sitar.
How you keep balance between profession and family life?
It is difficult to have a perfect balance between my family life and profession. My family supports me a lot and I usually took time from my busy schedule and spend my time with my family. So trying to keep balance

It is a matter of pride to be assigned with the particular job. This is a post of responsibility and have to perform in right way. Before assigned this Job, I was posted as Principal, Institute of Music and fine Arts.
How would you describe Jammu?
Jammu is also known as City of temples and is one of the beautiful places in the country and a perfect example of composite culture, Communal Harmony and brotherhood.
As a judge on Sare Gama Challenge (Musical Programme) on Local channel, are you satisfied with the performers?
Definitely yes, lot of talent is coming out and some of the singers are very good. If they be given a chance at national level, they will bring laurels for the state. |
