The PCC general secretary Zaffarullah toured Mendhar block and took stock of the problems of the people.
Zaffarullah said due to the rains and storms farmers have suffered the most. Their maize crop has been affected besides many kachha houses have been collapsed and cattle washed away in the flash floods. The electric supply has been disrupted besides road links to many far flung areas have been cut off and the people are facing great hardships.
He urged upon the local administration to come to the rescue of these people and provide them all facilities on top priority and be provided compensation for the damage of their crops, houses and cattle immediately. |
