Chairman JKNPP Prof. Bhim Singh and member of NIC have urged upon the governor N.N. Vohra to replace all stooges of the both the ex chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Mufti Mohd. Sayeed by the neutral and the honest administration. Addressing a media persons here today, he said same yard stick be used in police department also so that the youth coming in the elections in the state are hold fair and free. He is in conference also demanded that IGP in both the division be locals and not out siders as the case at present is. He said SSP from the majority community be posted in Jammu province. Bhim also demanded immediate removal of deputy commissioners along with SSP’s of the district Poonch and ex. Chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad for rigging the polls. He also demanded that present chief secretary and home commissioner be also replaced by some neutral officers. He further said one advisor from Kashmir be inducted in the existing list of advisors. While praising the Kashmiri people for their commitment to secularism and brotherhood in spite of tempests and tides he said valley want free and fair elections at the earliest and added that all political detunes be released soon, which can prove a loving gift on the holy month of Ramzan. Regarding delimitation of assembly constituencies he said it is a constitutional mandate which has been frustrated by NC, Congress, PDP with the support of BJP. Bhim demands that Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari should hold referendum in POK and Gilgit and see with whom they want to stay and added continuous there are worst.
